A Swedish juniorhockey scout

If you are new here, Welcome. If you are returning, welcome back and hopefully you find some new updates that pleases your hunger for talent. If you are looking after a player look under the Scouting List. There I have put every player that has been uploaded. My searching light is on a swedish tournament called TV-Pucken. I will also cover the Swedish U16 series and J18 to be able to spot those rare gems and obscure names that could be someone in the future. Hope you find this page useful and exciting. If you do please link or refer people to the site. thanks! / Anton Linde

Lucas Forsell #02

I watched Lucas play in the J18 Elite game between Örebro HK J18 - Färjestad BK J18 which ended 8 - 3. Altough losing, Lucas played a big role for Färjestad. You can really tell that he has played senior games before. He has a strong suite and big play with an amazing boardplay. Strong infront of the goal and the ability to connect with the loose pucks. Reminds me of Gabriel Landeskog, but that is to soon to tell. Lucas with #92 scored 2 goals totaling 2 points with a plus/minus of 0.

Alexander recently had a successful tournament in TV-Pucken 2019 with the statistics off GP 8 G 6 A 8 TP 14 PPG 1,75. When I first looked at Alexander he played for Boro/Vetlanda in a regular league (Swedish Div.2) with older guys. I was curious about him because of his mature way of playing. I was hoping for his sake that some Junior team would pick him up and let him play with a higher level of Junior. You could argue that my wish came true. Now playing for a SHL teams juniors the level has risen to a good standard for Alexander. The match that I recently looked at Alexander in was Bohuslän/Dalarna - Småland in TV-Pucken. The match finished 1-6 with Alexander grabbing an assist at one of the goals. He and a couple of his teammates completely dominated the game and bombarded the other teams goalie. Alexander proved his skills once more and looks really competent in vision and poise compared to the other players of the same age. Hungry for goals he was one of many that took ma...

Gustav is a skilled forward with vision and stickhandling skills to remain puckcarrier for a long period of time. I saw him playing in the TV-Pucken tournament for Örebro region and he did well for himself. 15 years old and dominating the U16 div and U18 div with his junior team Guldsmedshytte. Season 19-20 he will be playing for Örebro HK J18 which I think will suit him perfectly. I am eager to see what he will accomplish on the tougher competition level.

Simon Forsmark #01

When I first looked at Simon he played in the Swedish TV-Pucken which is a U15 boys tournament that is televised in Sweden. At least from the quarterfinals. He played for the Team Örebro that is a team with picked players from the region of Örebro in Sweden. He gained the "C" because of his experience in the tournament from earlier year when he was an "A". At the TV-Pucken he was awarded the MVP of the tournament in 2018/19 Simon oozes leadership and is a great Strength/Size defender. Some would argue that he is a Defensive Defenceman but I argue that his presence at the blue line and his strength could make him a Pointman in the future. I'm eager to watch Simon play in the J18 Elit and J20 SuperElit this coming season. Simon shows his strength and puckhandling skills in this GIF Statistics about Simon: click here

As you can tell by the statistics down below he can very well play in the U16 div.1 and Senior Div.2 in Sweden. I watched him in one of the games he played in the U16 Div.1 series and can already notice that he is mature enough to play in the Senior Div.2. What stuns me the most is that no J18 Elit club has signed him for further development. Maybe he has been scouted and measured as inconsistent which I haven't. Statistics about Gustaf: click here
